Happy 500th Gigi

Hi, I’m Matthew.

Did you people watch the game? If you didn’t, check out Alessio’s write up on it. Another good post and a great video in case you missed the action. We looked pretty solid.

Buffon celebrated his 500th professional match in style by obtaining beautiful nilness in a 4-0 vitory over Artmedia Bratislava. That’s a pretty decent way to celebrate I suppose. Would have been cooler if he had scored or some crazy shit like that but whatever, you should be happy with what you’ve got.

Note: I just want to mention Artmedia’s keeper, Ľuboš Kamenár (I’m assuming we are aware of his admiration for Buffon). If you watched the game or even if you watch the highlight video, the guy looked so down after letting the goals. He really took em to heart. I feel for the guy and if I could I would give him a pat on the back.
